All very nice, but how much does it cost?

Clatri works with a subscription that gives you access to a number of credits. Every time you send a message to the agent, it consumes credits proportional to the computational cost of processing it — that is, how many input and output tokens the language model used to understand you and respond. A simple message consumes few credits; a complex operation that invokes multiple tools, processes a document, or coordinates several sub-agents consumes more.

Not all messages cost the same, and that's intentional. Instead of limiting the number of messages — which penalizes those who ask complex questions and rewards those who just say hi — Clatri measures actual usage. You pay for what you consume, not for an arbitrary number of interactions.

The plan: Clatri AI

Clatri AI is the subscription that unlocks the AI agent with all its capabilities: five sub-agents (financial, health, personal space, docjects, and web search), over 200 tools, document processing, audio transcription, and hallucination detection.

You can subscribe in three tiers:

TierCreditsEstimated messagesReference price
Weekly2,125 per week~75 per week~$5.00 USD/week
Monthly7,220 per month~258 per month~$16.99 USD/month
Annual6,020 per month~215 per month~$169.99 USD/year

Credits reset at the start of each period. If you're on the weekly plan, your 2,125 credits renew every week; if you're on the monthly or annual plan, your credits renew every month.

How many messages is that?

The "estimated messages" column assumes an average message. In practice, a simple message like "log a $30 transport expense" consumes fewer credits, while a complex operation like "analyze my bank statement and categorize all transactions" consumes more. The estimate gives you a general reference, but your actual experience may vary.

Which plan is right for me?

  • Weekly: Ideal if you want to try Clatri without a long-term commitment. Pay week by week.
  • Monthly: The balance between flexibility and value. You get more credits per dollar than the weekly plan.
  • Annual: The best value. Pay once a year and get the lowest monthly cost.

Credit packs

What if I run out of credits before the period ends? You can purchase additional credit packs:

PackCreditsEstimated messagesReference price
Starter Pack3,821~136~$9.99 USD
Plus Pack7,646~273~$19.99 USD

Purchased credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them and are not affected by your subscription period reset.

When you send a message, Clatri first consumes your subscription credits. Only when those run out does it start using purchased credits. This means your purchased credits are always preserved as a reserve.

Consumption priority

The credit system follows a clear priority order:

  1. Subscription credits — Used first. These are the ones you receive with your plan and reset each period.
  2. Purchased credits — Only consumed when subscription credits run out. They never expire.
  3. Trial messages — If you have no subscription or purchased credits, it's deducted from your free trial (if you still have messages left).

Free trial

If you've never used Clatri, you get free messages to experiment with the agent before deciding whether to subscribe. No payment method required — just use the app and the first messages are on us.

About prices

The prices shown above are reference values in US dollars. The final price you see on your device may vary depending on:

  • The app store. Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and the web may show slightly different prices. Each platform applies its own fees, taxes, and conversion rates.
  • Your region. App stores adjust prices based on country and local currency. The same plan may cost differently in Colombia than in Germany or Japan.
  • Local taxes. Depending on your jurisdiction, the price may include VAT or other taxes.

Subscriptions are managed by the stores

Clatri does not process payments directly. Subscriptions are managed by the store where you downloaded the app:

  • iPhone/iPad: Apple App Store manages your subscription. To cancel, change plans, or view your payment history, go to your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play Store manages your subscription. To manage it, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions.
  • Web: Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

This means renewals, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes are handled according to each platform's policies. If you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to monitor your usage

From Settings → Subscription you can see in real time how many credits you have left, how many you've consumed, a breakdown by source and entity, daily usage analytics, and purchase additional packs. You can also view your subscription history.
