Pricing

All great, but how much does it cost?

Clatri runs on credits. Every time you ask the agent something, credits are deducted based on the actual work it had to do: language models, amount of text processed, tools executed, documents, audio, web search, or external integrations. A simple message uses very few; a complex operation uses more.

There's no fixed equivalence between "1 message = X credits." The real billing unit is the computational work Clatri performs for you.

Subscriptions

There are currently two subscriptions:

PlanCredits includedReference price
Weekly2,125 credits per week~$5.00 USD/week
Monthly7,220 credits per month~$16.99 USD/month

Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each period. If you're on the weekly plan, they renew every week. If you're on the monthly plan, they renew every month.

Credit packs

If you run out of subscription credits, you can buy additional packs:

PackCreditsReference price
Starter Pack5,994 credits~$9.99 USD
Plus Pack11,994 credits~$19.99 USD

Purchased credits don't expire. They stay in your account until you use them and are not affected by your subscription period reset.

When you make a request, Clatri consumes credits in this order:

  1. Subscription credits — Used first. These are the ones you get with your plan, and they reset each period.
  2. Purchased credits — Only consumed when subscription credits run out. They don't expire.
  3. Trial credits — If you have no subscription and no purchased credits, they're deducted from your trial balance, if it still exists in your account.

Bank integration with Plaid

If you connect supported banks through Plaid in the United States or Canada, each connected account currently costs:

  • 300 credits per month per connected account

This cost is charged monthly from your available credits and covers the connection plus the transaction and balance updates that Plaid delivers. Connecting an account requires an active subscription with enough credits. If you delete your Clatri account, bank connections are automatically disconnected.

You can also log transactions via chat or upload statements manually if you prefer that flow — the bank integration is an option, not a requirement.

About prices

The prices shown above are reference values in US dollars. The final price you see on your device may vary depending on:

  • The app store. Apple App Store and Google Play Store may show slightly different prices. Each platform applies its own commissions, taxes, and conversion rates.
  • Your region. App stores adjust prices based on country and local currency. The same plan can cost different amounts in Colombia than in Germany or Japan.
  • Local taxes. Depending on your jurisdiction, the price may include VAT or other taxes.

Subscriptions are managed by the stores

Clatri doesn't process payments directly. Subscriptions are managed by the store where you downloaded the app:

  • iPhone/iPad: Apple App Store manages your subscription. To cancel, change plans, or view your payment history, go to your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play Store manages your subscription. To manage it, open Google Play > your profile > Payments & subscriptions.

This means renewals, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes are handled according to each platform's policies. If you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to monitor your usage

From Settings > Subscription you can see in real time how many credits you have left, how many you've used, a breakdown by source and by entity, daily usage analytics, and buy additional packs. You can also check your subscription history.
