Pricing
Very nice and all, but how much does it cost?
Clatri runs on credits. Every time you ask the agent for something, credits are deducted based on the actual work it had to do: language models, amount of text processed, tools it ran, documents, audio, web search, or external integrations. A simple message uses few; a complex operation uses more.
There's no fixed equivalence like "1 message = X credits". The real billing unit is the computational work Clatri executes for you.
Subscriptions
There are currently two subscriptions:
| Plan | Included credits | Reference price |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | 2,120 credits per week | ~$4.99 USD/week |
| Monthly | 7,645 credits per month | ~$17.99 USD/month |
Subscription credits reset at the start of each period. If you have the weekly plan, they renew every week. If you have the monthly plan, they renew every month.
Credit packs
If you run out of subscription credits, you can buy additional packs:
| Pack | Credits | Reference price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter Pack | 5,994 credits | ~$9.99 USD |
| Plus Pack | 11,994 credits | ~$19.99 USD |
Purchased credits do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them and are not affected by your subscription period reset.
When you make a request, Clatri consumes credits in this order:
- Subscription credits — Used first. These come with your plan and reset every period.
- Purchased credits — Only consumed once subscription credits run out. Never expire.
- Trial credits — If you don't have a subscription or purchased credits, your trial balance is used, if it still exists in your account.
Bank integration with Plaid
If you connect supported banks via Plaid in the US or Canada, each connected account currently consumes:
- 300 credits per month per connected account
That cost is charged monthly from your available credits and covers the connection plus the transaction and balance updates Plaid delivers. Connecting an account requires an active subscription with enough credits. If you delete your Clatri account, bank connections disconnect automatically.
You can also log movements via chat or upload statements manually when you prefer that flow — bank integration is an option, not a requirement.
About pricing
The prices shown above are reference values in US dollars. The final price you see on your device can vary depending on:
- The app store. Apple App Store and Google Play Store may show slightly different prices. Each platform applies its own commissions, taxes, and conversion rates.
- Your region. App stores adjust prices by country and local currency. The same plan can cost differently in Colombia than in Germany or Japan.
- Local taxes. Depending on your jurisdiction, the price may include VAT or other taxes.
Subscriptions are managed by the stores
Clatri does not process payments directly. Subscriptions are managed by the store where you downloaded the app:
- iPhone/iPad: Apple App Store manages your subscription. To cancel, change plan, or see your payment history, go to your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store manages your subscription. To manage it, open Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions.
This means renewals, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes are handled per each platform's policies. If you cancel your subscription, you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
How to monitor your usage
From Settings → Subscription you can see in real time how many credits you have left, how many you've consumed, a breakdown by source and by entity, daily usage analytics, and buy additional packs. You can also review your subscription history.
